Goulash

Tana’s Goulash 

Time 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg of 3 colored Whole Wheat Spiral Noodles, cooked according to pkg directions
  2. 1 lb Organic, Local Beef no antibiotics or hormones added, browned and drained if needed
  3. 1 can of Organic Tomato Sauce
  4. 1 Jar of Salsa (if you buy ‘Hot’ salsa only add 1/4-1/2 a jar)
  5. Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients and serve hot.

Serve with side salad and Poppyseed Dressing

This is my go-to when I’m out of ideas or need a meal quick. It never gets old, it’s healthy and so yummy! This goulash is wonderful because depending on the salsa I buy the taste can change quite a bit. So, if you need some variety with this, just switch up the salsa and you’ll get a whole new flavor!
