Healthy French Toast

French Toast

This is one my husband’s Favorite breakfasts!

Makes: 3-4 slices

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Local, Cage-Free Eggs
  2. 1/4 cup of Soy Milk
  3. Whole Wheat Bread
  4. Cinnamon

Over medium-low heat, heat griddle or skillet coated with a thin layer of butter. Whisk the Eggs & Milk together in a bowl. Quickly dip bread in mixture and flip, covering both surfaces of the bread. Place in frying pan. Sprinkle with Cinnamon. When it’s golden brown, turn and brown the other side.

Serve and get creative by trying some of these toppings:

  • Honey
  • Agave
  • Maple Syrup
  • Bananas
  • Blue Berries
  • Raspberries
  • Peanut Butter
  • Almond Butter
